I am a first generation Colombian-American who was born and raised in the suburbs of East and North Atlanta, Georgia. My natural need of being creative and appreciating design started when I was a child.  I remember spending endless hours coloring, helping my mom create items to sell at local craft shows, and adoring my mom's Peacock Chair that sat in the corner of small our dining room. As I matured, my love and respect for design grew.

When I was approaching 30, I decided to change careers, follow my passion and pursue a higher education in Interior Design. After years of working full-time and going to school nights/weekends, I graduated from Brenau University with a CIDA accredited Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design / Master of Interior Design. The program provided me with knowledge and design studios in several aspects of Interior Design - such as Child Care, Commercial, Hospitality, Residential, and Universal Design.

During my internship and contract work with Tedrow Design Group, Inc., I was responsible for the following tasks related to Jersey Mike's Franchisee clientele:

  • Learned the prototype including equipment, furnishings and plans.

  • Obtained and modified Revit Families (3-D models) for required Equipment.

  • Created concept plans for client and corporate approval.

  • Completed Architectural Construction Document Sets for 2-locations in New York.

I am experience with both commercial and residential design projects.  It is truly a blessing to have a profession where I can utilize my creativity, education, and professional experience to create interiors that my clients love.
